Return Policy:

At crazyspeakers.com.au, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to crazyspeakers.com.au within 10 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued 10 business days after the date of purchase.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, M.G.R reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%.

How to return or exchange an item:To return an item you must contact our customer service via email cs@crazyspeakers.com.au.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.

Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.Send pre-authorized returns to: MGR, PO BOX2 , LOWOOD 4311, QLD

Warranties & Repair



All items sold by crazyspeakers.com.au are warranted direct by us the manufacturer/distributor. All items needing repair (other than IMP) should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service.

Crazyspeakers.com.au provides a (1) year warranty to all of our manufactured speaker products ( ceiling – wall - outdoor and subwoofer speakers).Imported equipment has a 90-day warranty ( USB Speakers).


THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY CRAZYSPEAKERS.COM.AU





CRAZSPEAKERS.COM.AU will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Crazyspeakers.com.au liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
